PES has been one of the forerunners in executing and managing Watershed in the state of Telangana. PES has implemented watershed projects in collaboration with various public sector bodies such as National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD), District Water Management Agency (DWMA), Council for Advancement of People’s Action of Rural Technology (CAPART) and so on. These projects were executed as a part of multiple schemes such as Watershed Development Fund (WDF), Integrated Watershed Management Programme (IWMP), National Watershed Development Programme (NWDP) and Comprehensive Land Development Programme (CLDP). The integrated watershed projects not only involved setting up watershed structures but also a lot of associated activities that involved creating sustainable water and livelihood solutions for the inhabitants of the geographical region in which the watersheds were planned. PES has implemented the watersheds in 32 villages covering 7 mandals and 3 districs in Telangana

PES has implemented the watersheds in 32 villages covering 7 mandals and 3 districs in Telangana. 91 Major watershed structures have been set up providing coverage to those 32 villages benefitting more than 25,000 farming inhabitants of these villages

PES has collaborated with the District Water Management Agency (DWMA) under the Comprehensive Land Development programme to construct and set up Micro Storage tanks for the purpose proving water solutions to 2053 families and nearly 10,000 individuals. These 1,494 microstructures cater to the requirements of 2,880 acres of land
PES has implemented the watersheds in 32 villages covering 7 mandals and 3 districs in Telangana. Along with a 91 major structures that PES has installed, a range of associated activities were also executed such as Desiltation of 210 tanks, Restoration of 200 wells, Setting up 70 drip irrigation provisions, and conducting 32 awareness programmes in these villages regarding judicious water practices and optimizing benefits from watersheds
