Childline – A One stop Hotline Service Centre (Central Government sponsored through Childline India Foundation) providing counseling, medical care, police protection and legal aid to children victims

PES has been running a Ministry of Women and Child Development Sponsored Hotline Service since 2019 under the Integrated Child Protection Scheme. The hotline service is managed across India by the Childline India Foundation which acts as the mother NGO for the hotline service. The purpose of the 24x7 service center is to be able to provide responsive and immediate action for the aid of child victims. The types of aid provided thorough the Childline centre are Medical Aid – Physical & Psychological, Police protection and safety, Legal Aid and temporary Sanctuary for selective cases. A wide range of issues have been tackles through Childline ranging from domestic abuse, child labour to child marriages and so on
