- Work towards building platforms and infrastructure of design, delivery, and assessment of education, skill training and vocational education systems to bridge the gaps between the supply and demand for qualitative manpower
- Partner with industry to build sector-specific training platforms that can target sector-specific skill development and create a cycle of industry-institute-interface
- Facilitate and develop avenues for equitable education and encouraging self-employment through creating linkages between the resource, market and the funding sources

Mayukha - A division of PES that focusses on providing a range of Vocational trainings to women to help provide employment/self-employment to make them more self-reliant
Mayukha was established in the year 2000 as a Skill Development body under PES with the sole intention of providing vocational training under various government schemes. Over the last two decades Mayukha has conducted a wide range of vocational training programmes in various sectors ranging from Beauty & Wellness, Textiles, Fashion Designing, Hospitality, IT & ITES, Business Management, Entrepreneurship to technical trades such as Electrician, Cell Repair and so on. A majority of training has been done under National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) and CSR Tie-ins.
