Mayukha - A division of PES that focusses on providing a range of Vocational trainings to women to help provide employment/self-employment to make them more self-reliant
Mayukha was established in the year 2000 as a Skill Development body under PES with the sole intention of providing vocational training under various government schemes. Over the last two decades Mayukha has conducted a wide range of vocational training programmes in various sectors ranging from Beauty & Wellness, Textiles, Fashion Designing, Hospitality, IT & ITES, Business Management, Entrepreneurship to technical trades such as Electrician, Cell Repair and so on. A majority of training has been done under National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT). Principal sectors of training for women has been in Beautician, PPTC, Textiles, Fashion Designing, Hospitality and Customer Service.

Majority of the training for women has been in Beautician, PPTC, Textiles, Fashion Designing, Hospitality and Customer Service. A total of 17,000 women and girls have been trained through Mayukha with an average placement rate of 70% across projects. The placement includes opportunities in companies as well as self-employment
